A tenant build-out, or TI, is the work that turns a white box or an old suite into a space you can open. Walls, ceilings, floors, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and the finish the brand needs. We bid from your drawings or we walk the suite first.
Yes. We pull permits in our name and schedule inspections. Metro Nashville Codes for Davidson County. Williamson County and the other Middle Tennessee offices when the job sits there. Trade permits for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC as the scope requires.
